We are currently seeking a BCM/Business Continuity Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Business Continuity Manager
Experience: 10+Years
 
Develop and maintain an up-to-date business continuity program, including policies, procedures, and plans, in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's operations, systems, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical business functions and systems.
Coordinate and facilitate regular training and awareness programs to enhance the organization's preparedness and response capabilities.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels and protocols to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information during a crisis or disruption.
Conduct regular exercises and simulations to assess the effectiveness of business continuity plans and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to business continuity management, and make recommendations for enhancements to the program as necessary.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during a crisis or disruption, providing guidance and support.
Lead the response and recovery efforts during incidents, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to minimize the impact on the organization's operations and reputation.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership on the status of the business continuity program
