*Configuration of new plan templates and/or Provider contracts in the client system

*Installation and maintenance of new plans for new accounts

*Ensuring accurate and timely completion of configuration to meet or exceed client SLA

*Processing daily volume of plan installatiosns or and provider contracts

*Organizing and completifng tasks per assigned prioirities

*Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare industry

*Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines
