Experience & Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong exposure to pre-sales, solution architecture, or advisory roles

• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and cross-module integrations

• Proven experience supporting complex, global pursuits across multiple regions

• Demonstrated ability to create and leverage tools, IP, accelerators, or reusable assets for sales and delivery

Consulting & Leadership Skills

• Strong commercial and consultative mindset with the ability to influence deal outcomes

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills

• Experience mentoring or leading solution architects and senior consultants

• Comfortable operating across cultures, time zones, and virtual teams

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications strongly preferred
