We are currently seeking a Blue Yonder TMS Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Business Consulting Analyst - Blue Yonder TMS

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and configuration of Blue Yonder TMS solutions.
• Support the evaluation and optimization of transportation processes.
• Participate in testing and training activities.
• Gathering business requirements related to Blue Yonder implementation/support.
• Performing fit-gap analysis.
• Designing and developing solutions within the Blue Yonder platform.
• Configuration, testing, and user training.
• Creating documentation.
• Providing support during upgrades, deployments, and post-production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in TMS implementation or support.
• Knowledge of transportation management principles.
• Good to have knowledge of ABBP
• Experience with Blue Yonder TMS is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
