We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Senior Specialist (Growth & Sales Operations) to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused professional who will serve as a key partner to the North America Insurance leadership team in advancing growth priorities, supporting strategic initiatives, strengthening sales operations, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making at scale.

This role requires strong communication skills, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence within a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment. Success in this position demands the ability to synthesize complex business inputs into clear, actionable insights, drive cross-functional alignment, and operate effectively with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and provide structured governance for high-priority initiatives across the Insurance Leadership team
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate working sessions, and ensure action items are executed on time and effectively
• Support forecasting and tracking of growth deals, pipeline expansions, and revenue projections in partnership with Sales and Client Executives
• Maintain structured trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure pipeline transparency and data accuracy
• Conduct research, perform data analysis, and prepare executive-ready reports and presentations to support leadership decision-making
• Serve as liaison with key stakeholders across Sales, Consulting, BPO, Digital, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and other enabling teams
• Support business planning, strategic planning cycles, and execution tracking
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities proactively and recommend actionable solutions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA required) or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Project Management, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Consulting roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex business challenges
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required)
• Experience working with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau); ability to analyze data using advanced Excel and/or SQL is a plus.
• Comfortable with commercial metrics (bookings, revenue, margin) and interpreting drivers behind forecast movements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with global or US-based stakeholders preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
• Insurance domain experience is preferred
• Able to travel up to 10–20% if required
