We are currently seeking a Business Analysts to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Salesforce Functional Consultant, your role responsibilities will be to:
• Assist in preparing for requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes/actions
• Assist in the creation of and be able to interpret process maps (including BPMN)
• Write user stories utilising behaviour driven development (BDD) approach and gherkin notation
• Configure Salesforce components as documented
• Comply with design standards, perform unit testing and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates
• Complete mandatory training and maintain certification levels
• Participate in NTT DATA added value activities outside regular client work
• Identify and raise potential risks
• Assist in managing project backlogsKnowledge and AttributesBusiness process improvement (BPRE-5)• Manages the execution of business process improvements
• Analyses and designs business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness; and exploit new technologies and automation
• Develops graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision making
• Assesses feasibility of business process changes and recommends alternatives
• Selects, tailors, and implements methods and tools for improving business processesRequirements definition and management (REQM-4)• Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation for medium‑complexity initiatives
• Contributes to selecting requirements approach
• Facilitates stakeholder input, provides challenge, and enables effective prioritisation
• Establishes requirements baselines and ensures traceabilityStakeholder relationship management (RLMT-4)• Manages issues, resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and information dissemination
• Implements engagement/communication plans
• Collects and uses stakeholder feedback
• Helps develop customer and stakeholder relationshipsUser experience design (HCEV-3)• Applies standard tools for user interaction and experience design
• Reviews design goals and security/usability/accessibility requirements
• Creates storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
• Assists in evaluation of design options and tradeoffs
• Applies visual design and branding guidelines consistentlySoftware configuration (PORT-3)• Assists in designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring moderately complex software configurations
• Applies agreed standards and tools
• Participates in reviews with othersSolution Architecture (ARCH-4)• Contributes to development of solution architectures
• Evaluates alternative architectures and tradeoffs
• Produces specifications of cloud/on-premises components, tiers and interfaces
• Supports projects with technical plans and design principles
• Ensures alignment with enterprise architecture and security standardsAcademic Qualifications and Certifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, information systems, technology, or related discipline
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• SAFe, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar certifications advantageousRequired Experience• Professional consulting and functional delivery experience within a large-scale enterprise or technology services environment
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in or supporting the Consumer Goods industry, with exposure to areas such as:
– Retail execution
– Trade promotion processes
– Route-to-market models
– Distributor and channel management
– Consumer goods sales workflows
