We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- Duco Anaylst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

A reconciliation analyst's job is to ensure that financial transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately with other financial records, such as bank statements and general ledgers. They may also be responsible for identifying discrepancies between records from different organizations. Other duties may include: 

• Interpreting data: Making recommendations for workflows based on data analysis 
• Processing reports: Preparing account reconciliation reports and financial reports for management 
• Assisting with procedures: Drafting procedures and participating in projects and conversions 
• Maintaining records: Keeping records accurate and ensuring compliance with regulations 
• Collaborating: Working with cross-functional teams.
• Banking experience is mandatory.

Reconciliation analysts may need to have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Some technical skills that may be useful include: 

Data analysis, Database management, Accounting, Project management, Quality assurance, Risk management, Business acumen, Process improvement, Troubleshooting, and Visualization
