We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Financial Transaction Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

FTM 4.0 (Financial Transaction Manager) is a middleware platform widely used in banking and financial institutions to manage, route, and process financial transactions securely and efficiently.

It supports various payment types, messaging standards, and integration with core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:FTM 4.0 Implementation and Configuration:

Install, configure, and maintain the FTM 4.0 platform according to business requirements and industry best practices.Transaction Processing Management:

Monitor and manage the flow of financial transactions through the FTM system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Integration:

 Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to integrate FTM 4.0 with core banking systems, payment gateways, and other financial applications.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to transaction processing, system performance, and connectivity.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline transaction workflows using FTM 4.0 capabilities.

Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test cases for new configurations, upgrades, and patches to ensure system stability and functionality.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Compliance and Security: Ensure that transaction processing complies with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.

Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on FTM 4.0 functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.

Strong experience with FTM 4.0 platform, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.Understanding of financial transaction processing, payment systems, and banking operations.

Familiarity with messaging standards such as ISO 20022, SWIFT, and other financial protocols.Knowledge of middleware technologies and integration patterns.

Proficiency in scripting or programming languages used for automation and customization (e.g., Java, Python, Shell scripting).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of middleware systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in banking or financial services industry.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting financial transactions (e.g., AML, KYC, PSD2).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Certification in middleware technologies or financial transaction management.

Working Conditions:

Typically office-based with potential for remote or hybrid work.Standard business hours with occasional on-call support for critical issues.Collaborative environment involving cross-functional teams.
