Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and manage multiple projects within a program, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will oversee program planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery governance while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between delivery, engineering, business, and support teams.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, delivery excellence, and operational efficiency across projects.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and program performance metrics.
• Support resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting for program delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project/program management or delivery management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in risk management, governance, and escalation management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience in IT services, digital transformation, or technology delivery environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
