We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-SRE Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are looking for a motivated SRE - Production support for our Group Technology Infrastructure  platforms. This role requires a professional with a wide variety of strengths and capabilities across multiple technologies and disciplines.

Technical skills - essential:

• Demonstrable experience in upgrading, installing, configuring and supporting some or all of the technologies employed within Deutsche Bank’s Tooling &  automation application stack including:
• SRE
• Production Specialist
• SQL, ITIL/ITSM
• Power Platform and Power Automate
• Powershell Scripting
• GCP, GitHub, Ansible

• Demonstrable experience in playing leading role in a global level 3 SRE, Production Support, Automation and working within an ITIL framework.
• Experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains
• Experience with scripting languages such as: Powershell, Python, MSPL Scripting, Java, etc
• Understanding of monitoring systems (Geneos, NewRelic, Grafana etc)
• Working knowledge of standard tools (Service-Now, Confluence, JIRA)
• Comfortable working in a team with a diverse skill set, location and culture across different countries.
• Must be adaptable and quickly understand the new technologies / emerging markets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and present clear solutions to problems.
• Proven track record in problem solving, within a medium to large enterprise environment.
• The candidate will operate within a team for supporting the Global On-Call rota, facilitate weekend changes, and remote support where required.
