Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage SFDC - CRM
• Manage pipeline, Perform sales forecasting
• Ensure data quality and improve process inefficiencies
• Report the performance of the defined business indicators for the Region/ Business Units / Practice Units
• Creation of business review packs for forecasting, pipeline analysis, sales performance
• Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals
• Assist with critical escalations

Experience

• 10 years in SFDC usage
• At least 3 years in SFDC management
• Expertise in Analytics and Reporting Expertise
• Providing Level 2 operation support
• Experience in People Management, Lead a team of sales operations professionals.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Statistics or related field
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications including Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel,
