We are currently seeking a Business Process & Strategy Advisor. to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
About the Role
The Business Process & Strategy Advisor is a strategic partner responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimization, and governance across enterprise initiatives. This role collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business strategies with organizational goals, ensuring scalable solutions and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted consultant, the advisor enables informed decision-making and fosters innovation to enhance efficiency and market competitiveness.
Experience Required: Typically 10–12 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Strategic Governance & Alignment
- Oversee governance of enterprise-wide processes, ensuring consistency across Service Catalog, taxonomies, and delivery practices.
- Align Global Taxonomy and Service structures to support accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
Operational Excellence
- Manage Salesforce Service Catalog and UAT testing for system releases, ensuring defect resolution and process validation.
- Deliver targeted training on systems and processes to improve onboarding and adoption.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance through changes in strategy, structure, processes, and technology.
- Recommend and implement best practices for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Communications & Knowledge Management
- Create and distribute stakeholder communications for new versions of the Service Catalog and Global Taxonomy.
- Maintain and update the internal hub to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest resources and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex business challenges.
- Expertise in governance frameworks, portfolio management, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with Service Catalog management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and storytelling.
- Go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Skilled in governance frameworks, portfolio management, and process optimization.
- Working knowledge of CRMs/ERPs (desired).
