We are currently seeking a Contract Management to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Contract Management

Role Overview: Responsible for managing contracts that provide support coverage for hardware through either OEM or other vendors. Oversee hardware asset inventory and manages lifecycle processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract oversight: Manage and administer contracts with OEMs and third-party vendors for hardware support coverage.
• Asset inventory management: Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
• Lifecycle management: Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware assets, from procurement to retirement.
• Vendor coordination: Liaise with vendors to resolve issues, negotiate renewals, and ensure service levels are met.
• Compliance monitoring: Ensure contracts and asset management practices adhere to organizational policies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of contract management principles and vendor relations.
• Experience in hardware asset management and lifecycle tracking.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Experience Level:

• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, asset management, or related fields.
• Prior exposure to OEM/vendor contracts preferred.
