Corporate Counsel Senior Specialist

Experience - 8-16 years. 
Required/Preferred work experience  - In house counsel in IT/ITES sector organization.
Preferred Qualification - Excellent communication and drafting skills in English. 
Educational qualification - LLB/LLM degree from a premier college/university.
End to end management of the Client commercial contracts Adept at drafting, reviewing and negotiating
commercial contracts. 
Communicating and Liasoning directly with Internal Stake Holders.
