We are currently seeking a Data & Analytics Principal Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

SAP AI Senior Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML/Gen AI models within SAP applications, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into innovative AI-driven technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automated deployment of AI models using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and manage containerized environments for AI models using Docker, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed AI models, ensuring proper version control, rollbacks, and A/B testing as part of the deployment lifecycle.
• Integrate SAP AI tools such as SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Gen AI Hub, and SAP Build Code for enhanced AI capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, focusing on responsible AI development, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in SAP AI technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions.

Skillsets:

• Must have : 5+ years of proven experience with SAP technologies, particularly SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Gen AI Hub, SAP Build Code or similar SAP AI/ML tools highly preferred.
• Expertise in programming with Python, with hands-on experience using Langchain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI API for model development.
• Experience in Docker for containerization, Kubernetes for orchestration, and CI/CD tools for automated model deployment (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI).
• In-depth knowledge of Gen AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data pre-processing, and AI lifecycle management (model training, validation, and monitoring).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP BTP) for AI model hosting and deployment.
• Experience with MLOps frameworks such as MLflow or Kubeflow for tracking experiments, managing models, and orchestrating AI pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
