We are currently seeking a Data Engineer - Azure Databricks to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Databricks Engineer with strong Python and SQL expertise who can work independently and collaborate closely with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning deliverables end-to-end, contributing to solution design, and supporting production-grade data pipelines in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Databricks
•    Develop scalable data transformations using Python and SQL
•    Collaborate directly with client SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
•    Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality delivery
•    Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines as part of DevOps practices
•    Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Databricks workloads
•    Ensure best practices around data quality, reliability, and security
•    Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Skills Required: Required Skills:
•    Total Experience: 8+ years in data engineering / analytics
•    5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
•    Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
•    Experience working in Azure cloud environments
•    Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
•    Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
•    Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with client SMEs
Good to Have:
•    Experience with Alteryx
•    Exposure to enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions
Soft Skills:
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
