We are currently seeking a Data Scientist ML (GenAI) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: The Agentic AI Governance Platform enables centralized governance of AI agents evolving from simple automation tools to autonomous systems capable of complex decision-making.
The Data Scientist will play a key role in:
•    Defining agent evaluation metrics
•    Designing validation and control mechanisms
•    Implementing monitoring and explainability frameworks
•    Integrating Generative AI models within a governance-driven architecture
The solution will be deployed on Microsoft Azure, leveraging advanced AI capabilities.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist specialized in Machine Learning and Generative AI, with strong Azure cloud experience, to design, evaluate, and monitor intelligent agents within a structured AI governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, train, and evaluate ML and Generative AI models.
•    Define criticality, risk, and performance metrics for AI agents.
•    Implement validation and continuous monitoring mechanisms.
•    Develop experimentation and evaluation pipelines.
•    Contribute to the design of the AI governance framework.
•    Implement explainability techniques (XAI).
•    Integrate LLM-based solutions (Azure OpenAI or similar).
•    Ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles.

Minimum Skills Required: Technical Requirements
    Machine Learning
•    Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
•    Experience with supervised and unsupervised models
•    Model evaluation and validation frameworks
    Generative AI
•    Hands-on experience with LLMs
•    Prompt engineering
•    RAG architectures
•    Fine-tuning or model adaptation
•    Evaluation of generative model outputs
    Cloud (Azure)
•    Azure Machine Learning
•    Azure OpenAI
•    Azure ML pipelines
•    Azure Storage
•    Experience deploying models to production
    Governance & Monitoring
•    Knowledge of:
o    AI risk assessment
o    Model monitoring
o    Bias detection
o    Explainability tools (SHAP, LIME, etc.)
o    MLOps practices

Nice to Have
•    Experience in regulated industries (insurance, banking)
•    Experience designing autonomous or multi-agent systems
•    Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
•    Experience with multi-agent architectures
