Primary responsibility of this role is to provide proactive business operations support to each of the Commercial Industry teams and actively drive Commercial Sector and CDM strategic initiatives.

In support of that, this position ensures delivery objectives are met both from quality, timeliness, and financial perspectives. In support of portfolio growth, plans, directs, and coordinates project and transition management services.

Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience.


  • Individuals have a deep understanding of established NTT operations and practices along with a broad understanding of related subject areas.
  • They handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to the company's success. 
  • Ability to Leads large and complex delivery of system solutions to clients.
  • Ensures that full-life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement.
  • Assists in establishing long-term delivery strategies, objectives and goals.
  • Ability to Provide inputs in development of more complex technology specific solutions. 
  • Typically requires 8-10 years relevant experience 
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Advanced organizing and planning skills to oversee project deliverables.
  • Advanced priority setting and delegation skills.
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills

  • Knowledge, understanding, and application of Automation in Service Delivery
  • Experience in driving Process standardization and Data Readiness to enable Automation Success
  • Exposure in working with an IT Automation + Orchestration platform
  • Exposure in working with RPAs, ChatBots, ML & AIOPS
  • Executed Service Transformation through Automation to drive cost savings to P/L.
  • Executed Automation to simplify operations and elevate user experience.
  • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
