We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: DevOps Engineer

Overview -
Seeking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, operate secure and scalable cloud-native platforms. The role focuses on Azure-based infrastructure, Kubernetes/OpenShift orchestration, CI/CD automation, and security-first operations. This role works closely with development, security, and architecture teams to support enterprise-grade digital platforms.

Responsibilities -
1. Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure Security Center / Defender
2. Operate and optimize Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including rolling and zero-downtime deployments
3. Implement scalable, resilient infrastructure following cloud-native and GitOps principles
4. Design and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines
5. Implement GitHub-based GitOps workflows for infrastructure and application delivery
6. Manage environment promotion strategies across test, pre-production, and production environments
7. Automate build, deployment, rollback, and release validation processes
8. Embed OWASP Top 10 and CIS benchmark controls into CI/CD pipelines
9. Implement secret management and secure configuration practices
10. Integrate platform monitoring with SOC tools and processes
11. Support enterprise authentication and authorization using Keycloak SSO
12. Collaborate with security teams on audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives
13. Implement platform observability using Prometheus and Grafana for metrics, dashboards, and alerting
14. Develop self-healing scripts and automation to improve system resilience
15. Enable Real User Monitoring (RUM) using Microsoft Clarity for browser and mobile experiences
16. Support SRE practices such as incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvement
17. Implement and manage Velero for Kubernetes object and persistent volume backups
18. Design and operate backup strategies using Azure Blob Storage for content and platform data
19. Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
20. Deploy and manage Apache Kafka for real-time event streaming
21. Operate distributed Redis for caching and performance optimization

Requirements -
1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 10+ years of experience in implementing/designing solutions using DevOps technologies
3. Good hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale devops platform
4. Proven experience working in cloud-native and DevOps-driven environments
5. Relevant Experience - Minimum 6+ years
6. Critical thinker and good problem-solver
7. Good oral and written communication skills
8. Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills
9. Good understanding about code quality, security standards, and programing best practices
