We are currently seeking a DevOps Lead - OpenShift to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Primary Responsibilities of this role:

As a DevOps lead specializing in GCP, Azure,Red Hat Openshift, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in designing, implementing and operating Cloud & Red Hat OpenShift based solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client organizations to develop well-defined architectures that align with our company's strategy and industry best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering scalable, reliable, and efficient OpenShift solutions for our clients.

What you will do:

  • Technical & Platform Leadership

    • Lead and manage GCP Cloud & Red Hat OpenShift platform operations across multiple environments

    • Own CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines for enterprise-scale applications

    • Support and integrate DevOps tooling including:

      • Artifact management (JFrog)

      • Code quality & security scanning (SonarQube)

      • Monitoring & observability (Grafana, Prometheus)

    • Drive DevOps best practices across build, deploy, monitor, and operate phases

    Cloud & Infrastructure

    • Provide hands-on leadership across GCP and Azure cloud platforms

    • Guide infrastructure automation using Terraform and IaC best practices

    • Support containerized workloads, Kubernetes networking, ingress, and security

    Delivery & Operations Management

    • Act as the offshore delivery owner for DevOps and platform support

    • Coordinate incident, change, and problem management with onshore teams

    • Ensure SLA adherence, platform availability, and operational stability

    • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives

    Stakeholder & Team Management

    • Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for DevOps engagements

    • Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and junior team members

    • Participate in sprint planning, status reporting, and client governance calls

    • Translate business requirements into actionable technical outcomes

What you will bring:

  • 8–12+ years of IT experience with strong focus on DevOps & Cloud Platforms
  • 5+ years proven experience in implementing and deploying enterprise level Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms
  • 5+ years architectural experience with Microsoft Azure Pipelines 
  • Architecture, Design, Build and Operationalize experience with OpenShift
  • Acts as a single accountable owner for DevOps delivery offshore
  • Deep understanding of Service Mesh by Red Hat 
  • At least one (preferably more) relevant architectural certification in Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes alongside cloud certifications in Azure
  • Experience in configuration management, infrastructure, and application deployments in a toolset such as Terraform Terragrand 
  • Thorough understanding of DevSecOps principals and practice
  • Exposure to CI/CD Pipelines using Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge and skills into proposals, presentations, standard demos, and customer workshops
  • Ability to coordinate resources and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Consultative selling excellence
  • Team leadership experience
  • Ability to present and have technical and business discussions with C-level executives
  • Team-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic with the willingness to take initiative and maintain a positive approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout organization, including business executives and administration associates
  • Ability to work with a virtual team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of enterprise operational processes, planning, and operations
