We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Sr. Staff Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the RPA development team to understand the business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to design appropriate test cases.
• Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and risks related to the RPA implementation and ensure they are tracked and resolved.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing of RPA solutions.
• Validate and verify the data processed by RPA bots and ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and work internally across Partners advisory teams to help bring our clients the most comprehensive, end-to-end digital transformation services to effectively address their business challenges.
• Ensuring our robotic process project documentation is fit for purpose and of a consistently high standard across engagements
• Opportunity to manage, mentor, and coach other consultants, and perform quality control reviews of staff work before delivery to client.
• Work closely with client RPA CoE teams and our PMO to ensure all automations have measurable benefits and are aligned with strategic business objectives, so that work packages are signed off.
• Release management, scope management and change management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and RPA implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in RPA are beneficial.
• Hands on experience on using ADO DevOps, Jira, Confluence are required

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 8+ years of experience as Technical Lead on RPA automations
• Knowledge on different programming languages are added advantage

Preferences:

• Experience working with development teams preferred
• Experience in systems implementation, business analysis
