We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Cnslt. Sr. Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Requirements for the QA resource:

• Must have at least 3+ years of Testing experience.
• Must have Salesforce Testing experience – Sales & Service Cloud -Good to have NetSuite application testing experience and knowledge.
• Must have Agile Scrum experience and able to adhere with scrum process.
• Well versed with different type of testing and experience– SIT, ST, regression Testing, Smoke, Sanity etc..
• Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ testing experience – Lead, opportunity, Quote, Order, Quote to Cash process knowledge
• Must have Salesforce Service Cloud experience – Case management, Case life cycle, Escalation process, Approvals etc..
• Highly recommended to have Salesforce Admin Certification if not then must have Salesforce Admin knowledge.
• Must have automation testing knowledge and experience. Should have experience on Selenium BDD framework (Cucumber).
• Good and well versed with test planning, test designing and test execution.
• Must have good understanding and experience in test designing for SIT, ST, Regression and UAT.
• Should be responsible person and perform individually and with team with self-learning approach.
• Should be proactive and decision maker and able to manage and prioritize the daily tasks.
• Should be able to analyze user stories, DOR, DOD and highlight gaps and issues on time proactively.
• Should be able to draft regression test cases for automation testing and support automation team with functional understanding.
• Have experience Test Rail - Test Management tool.
• Must have working experience on JIRA.
• Should have good communication skills and able to collaborate with different teams for testing and support.
• Must have Integration testing experience.
• Good to have experience on API testing with Postman.
