We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

">Job Description – Salesforce Functional QA (Offshore) 

>Role Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Functional QA Analyst to join our offshore delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce application testing, functional validation, and business process understanding across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. 

This role requires a quality-focused professional who can work closely with business analysts, developers, and onsite stakeholders to ensure stable, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions. 

>Key Responsibilities 

Perform end-to-end functional testing for Salesforce applications and enhancements 

Validate business processes, workflows, integrations, and custom configurations within Salesforce 

Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites 

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria 

Identify, document, track, and retest defects using ALM/JIRA or similar tools 

Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirement walkthroughs, and release validation activities 

Support SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation testing 

Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects 

Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating effectively with offshore/onshore teams 

>Required Skills & Qualifications 

4–7 years of QA experience with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce testing 

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality: 

Sales Cloud 

Service Cloud 

Reports & Dashboards 

Experience testing: 

Salesforce configurations 

Integrations/APIs 

Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, etc.) 

Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios 

Strong communication and coordination skills in a global delivery model 

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams 

>Preferred Qualifications 

Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus 

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado QA is desirable 

Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Experience testing 

Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman is an advantage 

Desired Candidate Profile 

Strong functional QA mindset with attention to detail 

Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities 

Self-driven and dependable team player 

Comfortable working with offshore/onshore coordination 

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced project environment
