We are currently seeking a Engineering Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

 

ENGINEERING MANAGER :
 
•Has a background in software engineering (Design, Programming, QA)
•Significant experience of managing software deliveries using relevant technology and agile processes
•Produce & manage a technical roadmap aligned to the business roadmap
•Able to motivate and lead a multi-disciplined and geographically disperse team (Product, Design, Engineering) and provide guidance on relevant processes
•Effective collaborator both within the squad and wider Engineering/Digital communities
•An excellent communicator (verbal & written) who can effectively engage with Product and Design communities as well as senior management
•Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
•A proactive individual who will take ownership of issues & action items and drive them forward to closure/resolution
•Expert in running agile software deliveries and hosting effective ceremonies
•Seeking out and driving forward continuous improvement initiatives
•Understands the pressure of delivery against timelines and can motivate the team to deliver against targets (quality and time)
•Challenge delivery estimates to ensure a realistic and achievable delivery timeframe
•Ensure non-functional work is planned into squad sprints (security, tech debt, performance…)
