  • Deliver innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions across all stages of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and service transition.
  • Apply deep expertise in the Dynamics 365 CE suite, particularly Customer Service and Sales modules.
  • Leverage the full Power Platform suite, including Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Dataverse, Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Implement best-practice low-code solutions and, where appropriate, pro-code extensions (e.g., plugins, JavaScript), as well as integrations with Azure services and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to build high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Work within Agile development teams, partnering with business analysts, solution architects, and IT professionals to deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Supporting Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior developers.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including peer reviews and adoption of best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimisation.
  • Establish Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes for Dynamics and Power Platform, including solution management, source control, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
