Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Azure Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing and developing enterprise integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services, along with experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse with external and enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for designing secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• Develop serverless integration components using Azure Functions with C#/.NET.
• Design and implement workflows using Azure Logic Apps.
• Implement asynchronous and event-driven integrations using Azure Service Bus – Queues, Topics and Subscriptions.
• Design, publish, secure, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Develop and consume REST APIs/Web APIs for system-to-system integrations.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM/Dataverse and external enterprise applications.
• Work with Dataverse Web API, Custom APIs, Plugins, Webhooks and Azure-aware integrations.
• Implement real-time, near-real-time, asynchronous, batch, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, Managed Identities and App Registrations.
• Secure application secrets and certificates using Azure Key Vault.
• Implement messaging patterns, retry mechanisms, dead-letter handling, exception handling and message reprocessing.
• Develop robust monitoring and telemetry using Application Insights, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Work with JSON/XML payloads, data transformation, mapping and validation.
• Troubleshoot integration, API, authentication, performance and connectivity issues.
• Develop unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure development quality.
• Implement source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Git.
• Support deployments across Dev, SIT, UAT and Production environments.
• Create and maintain technical design, API specifications, integration mappings and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with CRM developers, solution architects, functional consultants and enterprise integration teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–9 years of overall development/integration experience with strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with:
  • Azure Functions

  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure API Management (APIM)
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Application Insights / Azure Monitor
• Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs/Web APIs.
• Good understanding of synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven and messaging-based integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity and App Registrations.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM / Microsoft Dataverse with external applications.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse Web API, Plugins, Custom APIs and Webhooks.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance-optimization skills.

Dynamics 365 CRM Skills

• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service is preferred.
• Experience developing C# Plugins and Custom APIs.
• Knowledge of Dataverse tables, relationships, security and solution management.
• Experience with Power Automate for integration and business-process automation.
