Power Platform Resource – Job Description

We are seeking a resource with working experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and the CoE Toolkit.

This role will support day-to-day platform usage, troubleshooting, and basic solution development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshoot issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Assist team members with questions and guidance on using Power Platform tools effectively
• Build and maintain simple apps and automation flows to support internal processes
• Support development and testing of Copilot Studio solutions as needed
• Leverage the CoE Toolkit to review usage metrics and help monitor platform adoption
• Assist with basic reporting on usage and trends from CoE dashboards
• Follow established governance and best practices for Power Platform usage

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Basic familiarity with Copilot Studio and conversational solutions
• Understanding of Power Platform CoE Toolkit (metrics and reporting)
• Ability to troubleshoot common platform and integration issues
• Strong communication skills to support end users

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an enterprise environment with governance controls
• Familiarity with Dataverse or other data sources used in Power Platform solutions
