We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate -Breakfix, Install, Disk Imaging, formatting to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Audio Video (AV) Job Description

· Good communication skills.
· Graduate/Diploma in any discipline

· Good Technical skills in solving VC/Audio-Video Related Issues.

· Coordinate with vendors for any ongoing VC equipment issues.

· Audio video (AV) technician should set up and operate the video, audio, and lighting equipment used to enhance live events.

· Should have knowledge to assemble microphones, mix sound boards, operate spotlights, manage video recordings, and provide technical support for corporate events.

· Zoom Video Support/Experienced in Zoom Meetings -

Room based conference (day to day VCs):
VC Device Health check within the premises. Make sure that Audio/Video works fine (Testing to be done)
Telephonic guidance/ email support in raising the Conference booking request.

Coordinate with GCO team (Global Conferencing team)
Assist Client for connecting VC before the event starts.
Connecting the presentation if any from the main venue
Assist users on Desktop Video system.

· Townhall Support -
            Guide the coordinator on the booking process (VC rooms, AV bridge booking)
            Conference call with the external vendor to understand the requirement and the setup
            Arrange for Telephone lines/Instruments (communication line, joining the audio bridge etc.)
            Co-ordinate with other units for various requirement like power points.
            Coordinate with multiple sites for collecting Video Conferencing details about the event and       

            schedule the testing before the actual event date/time.
            Connect VC equipment (at host site) and coordinate with other site engineers for necessary

            assistance.

Continuous monitoring of town hall by the operator
Necessary assistance should be provided to client during Townhall/events.
