We are currently seeking a Front End Lead Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: Front End Lead Developer

Overview -
We are seeking an experienced & skilled Frontend Technical Lead Engineer to drive the development of high-performance web applications. This role requires good expertise in modern frontend technologies, large dataset handling, and advanced architectural patterns. The ideal candidate will combine technical mastery with strong leadership and communication skills to guide the team toward delivering scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned solutions

Responsibilities -
1. Lead frontend development initiatives, ensuring technical excellence and system stability
2. Architect and implement metadata-driven UI generation, validation engines, and service layer patterns
3. Optimize React 18 applications for performance, including memorization, virtualization, and efficient memory management
4. Design and implement offline-first architectures using IndexedDB and Service Workers
5. Manage large datasets (10,000+ rows) with real-time calculations across grids
6. Integrate and maintain data grid libraries (Handsontable or similar) and Excel import/export via SheetJS
7. Ensure technical consistency across monorepo environments (Rush.js/pnpm)
8. Collaborate with backend and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
9. Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and actionable feedback to raise the team’s technical level
10. Communicate effectively with clients, translating technical complexity into business language
11. Responsible for code quality, delivery timelines, and system reliability

Requirement -
1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 10+ years of overall IT experience
2.a 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Frontend development and leading a team 
2.b Strong understanding of web-design, dataset handling, taxonomy, and information architecture
2.c Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
2.d Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
3. Good experience understanding designing enterprise-scale application architectures
4. Good stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
6. Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments
7. Leadership & Communication - Delegate effectively within the team, unblock issues, translate tech to business, manage expectations, explain trade-offs.
8. Ownership & Systems Thinking - Code quality, resolve conflicts constructively, make pragmatic decisions, align team, consider full system impact.

Skill Matrix
1. React 18 with advanced performance optimization (memorization, virtualization).
2. Handsontable or similar data grid libraries.

6. TypeScript (advanced level).
