We are currently hiring Tech support analysts for various accounts within the Service desk. The position requires working in rotational shifts & is based out of Bangalore. 

Role Responsibilities: 
- Incident management 
- Request fulfillment 
- Handling Calls, Chats, E-mails etc from customers 
- Co-ordinate with multiple teams to resolve cusotmer issues. 
- Providing knowledge, resources and information to support agents
- Address customers concerns accurately and timely.
- Assist advisors with material request and account updates
- Ensuring accuracy of the content.
- Coaching and training agents on improving Customer Interaction and offering advisors guidance.
- Show a comprehensive knowledge of products and services and their competitive advantages through continues self-improvement and following quality standards.

 

Requirements: 
-Graduate in any descipline

-A minimum of six months of relevant experience. 
-Excellent Communication skills

-Basic understanding of Computer Hardware 
-understanding of Operating system basics 
-ITIL Knowledge 
-Ready to work in rotational shifts.
