NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

 

1. Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows XP, Win 7/8 Operating systema, PC Hardware, Basic Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Networking, Messaging, and MS Office, COTS applications etc. 2. Must be able to speak fluent English & posses excellent writing and comprehension skills & with excellent customer handling skills

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.  Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
