We are currently seeking a Incident, Problem and Vendor Management to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Summary:
Lead Software Engineer responsible for end-to-end production support of uLINC and UFH integration platforms. Leads incident management, vendor coordination, and root cause analysis across hybrid environments. Acts as the primary escalation point ensuring system stability and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P1–P3 incident resolution, triage, and bridge coordination
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management across vendors
- Coordinate with external vendors (IBM, SaaS providers) for escalations and resolution
- Ensure monitoring and observability coverage for production systems
- Lead technical troubleshooting across integration platforms and APIs
- Maintain runbooks, documentation, and support procedures
- Serve as primary escalation point for production issues
Core Skills
- Advanced incident management (P1–P3) and escalation leadership
- Root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management
- Vendor coordination (IBM, SaaS providers, third-party systems)
- Production support for integration platforms (uLINC / UFH)
Technical Skills
- Middleware / integration platforms (webMethods, APIs, hybrid environments)
- API Gateway monitoring and analytics
- Log analysis (server logs, network/log aggregation tools)
- Monitoring & observability tools (Dynatrace/APTOM or similar)
- API troubleshooting, message flows, and service failures
- Security and compliance including certificates, patching, passwords, etc.
Operational Skills
- SLA/OLA management and production stability ownership
- Incident bridge coordination and stakeholder communication
- Runbook development and knowledge transfer
- Cross-team coordination across application, infrastructure, and vendors
Leadership Capabilities
- Primary escalation point for critical production issues
- Drives accountability across internal teams and vendors
- Leads transition readiness for managed services
