We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring best practices in software development, architecture, and design.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Recruitment and Hiring: Participate in the recruitment process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery, technical debt, and team dynamic
• Good English and Spanish Optional
• Proactive and problem solver
• Can provide solutions and not just highlight issues/problems
• 10+ years’ experience
• Ideally Spain working hours
