We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Snr. Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

looking for a Java Backend Lead with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and AWS to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The role requires strong technical leadership, architectural thinking, and hands-on development experience in cloud-native microservices.

Required Skills

Must-Have

• 9+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Strong expertise in:
• Java (Java 8+), OOPs, Collections, Concurrency
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• RESTful API design
• Proven experience designing and deploying applications on AWS.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes / ECS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience creating HLDs, LLDs, sequence diagrams, and API specifications.

Good to Have

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of Spring Cloud components.
• Exposure to Reactive programming (WebFlux).
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise systems.
