Job Title: UX Designer | Location: Bangalore [Remote] | Job Type: Full-time | Grade: 06
Exp – 2-3 years 
Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, and JavaScript, as well as a foundational understanding of HTML and web design principles. This role is pivotal in creating engaging user experiences across our digital platforms and requires a designer who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about translating user requirements into intuitive designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Prototyping: Use Figma and Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that illustrate intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to translate project requirements into compelling visual designs.
Implement feedback loops through design iterations to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
User Research and Requirement Gathering: Conduct user research to gather insights on user behaviours, needs, and motivations. 
Work with stakeholders to understand design requirements and document them effectively. Analyze research data and use findings to inform design decisions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Facilitate communication among team members to ensure project objectives are clear and met.
Present design concepts and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Maintain a positive attitude and open-mindedness towards constructive criticism and new ideas.

Development and Implementation:
Utilize JavaScript for interactive design elements to enhance user engagement.
Apply basic principles of HTML to ensure designs are adaptable to front-end development needs. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design fidelity throughout the implementation process.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in UX and UI design.
Contribute to the improvement of design processes and tools within the team. Qualifications:
Proven experience with Figma and Adobe XD in creating user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in JavaScript and basic understanding of HTML and web design.
Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with usability testing and analytical tools.
Background in psychology or a related field that informs design thinking. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Graduate (BE / MSc / MCA)

Work Timings:
•    9:00 am to 5:00 pm IST, Monday to Friday
