We are currently seeking a Java FS Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Java / React Full Stack

Location: Hyderabad (preferred) / Bengaluru
Experience Required: 5–8 Years

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of modern enterprise applications. This role requires strong full-stack engineering expertise with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React, along with working knowledge of Python and exposure to Generative AI use cases.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment, partnering with cross-functional teams, and contributing to scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.

In this role, you will

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive user interfaces
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture aligned with business and technology standards
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support application modernization efforts using microservices and modern UI frameworks
• Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, release activities, and production support as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve application stability, performance, and maintainability
• Leverage Python for scripting, automation, or supporting service integration use cases
• Contribute to emerging initiatives involving GenAI capabilities, integrations, or developer productivity enhancements where applicable

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years to 8 years of software engineering experience in enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on development experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience in front-end development using React
• Experience building and consuming REST services and working with microservices-based applications
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and design principles
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with source control, build, and deployment tools such as Git, Gradle, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python for backend development, scripting, or automation
• Exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based solutions, including API integration, prompt orchestration, or AI-assisted workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of application security, performance tuning, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environments is a plus

• Willingness to support critical delivery timelines and participate in issue resolution when required
