We are currently seeking a Lead Application Engineer UI UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead UX Designer to drive

the design vision and user experience strategy for our products. As a

design leader, you will collaborate with product managers, developers,

and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, engaging, and accessible

experiences. You will also mentor designers, establish best practices,

and ensure user-centered design principles are at the core of our

product development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research, ideation,

wireframing, prototyping, to final design delivery.

• Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and UX

frameworks to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and datadriven

design decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering,

Marketing, Business) to align design solutions with business goals.

• Mentor and guide UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity,

collaboration, and innovation.

• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design best

practices.

• Translate complex requirements into simple and elegant user flows

and interfaces.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

to continuously improve our design approach.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX case studies (research

to execution).

• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe

XD, InVision, etc.).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction

design, and usability heuristics.

• Experience with design systems and component-based design.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive

design principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder

management skills.

• Ability to lead and inspire a team while being hands-on when

necessary.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for effective

collaboration with developers.

• Experience in service design and design thinking facilitation.
