Role Overview:
As a Sales and Market Research Analyst, you will collaborate with senior team members to provide critical insights to vertical heads, senior leadership, and key decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive reports, conducting industry and geographic analyses, and participating in strategic projects. The position reports directly to the Market Intelligence & Research Manager.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Company-Specific Reports:
   Prepare detailed PowerPoint reports analyzing the business, financials, and technologies of specific companies.

2. Industry and Geographic Reports:
    Synthesize secondary information to create insightful industry and geographic reports.

3. Custom Reports on IT Services and Technologies:
    Develop custom reports covering various aspects of IT services and technologies.

4. strategic Project Participation:
    Provide research-based inputs for strategic projects, including financial and operational benchmarking.

5. Actionable Insights:
    Translate research findings into actionable insights for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel: Ability to create detailed and visually compelling reports.
  2. Experience with Secondary Databases: Familiarity with databases such as Gartner, Capital IQ, and Ranking.
  3. Financial Analysis: Proven ability to conduct financial analysis.
  4. Business and Market Research Tools: Adept at utilizing various research tools for effective analysis.
  5. Effective Communication: Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders across different geographies.
  6. Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to develop innovative approaches to complex research problems.
  8. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

     

Preference:

    1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an MBA.
    2. Experience: Previous experience in financial modelling and benchmarking.
