We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

                               Messaging Services Senior Specialist

• Typically, the Messaging Services Senior Specialist is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 within Unified Messaging and Communication.

• Good understanding and knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management, Ironport & Archiving solutions and Microsoft Teams.

• Advises in support and maintenance of the Microsoft Office 365

• Advises team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc. 

• Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, ProofPoint and Cisco IronPort)

• Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams

• Handles day to day Incident and Request management tasks

• Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)

• Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualification

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging environment with Boundary Services as primary focus technology
• Expert knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management & archiving solutions
• In depth knowledge on Ironport administration and perimeter e-mail filtering administration support
• Expert knowledge on different versions of Exchange
• Expert knowledge on Microsoft Office 365

Degree: Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
