We are currently seeking a NX MCAD Support Analyst_327008 to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

•    3+ years of experience in NX MCAD design and support covering configurations
•    Strong experience with NX MCAD functional process and configuration
•    String experience managing NX end user issues, administration and resolution.
•    Experience working on NX and Teamcenter/Metaphase functional process and integration.
•    Knowledge on NX Open will be an added advantage•    
•    Strong understanding of application support processes and understands Service Now tool.
•    Flexible to work in shifts and provide support coverage.
•    Ability to problem solve with minimal support.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Resources have to be Bangalore based and working out of the customer office in Whitefield
