We are currently seeking a Node.JS Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description:
Experience staff will involved in backend development using Node.js. The selected staff will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining applications focused on process automation. It is highly desirable that the candidate has experience with API-REST and has had contact with Generative AI and that they are self-sufficient in learning and solving problems proactively and independently.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Design, sometimes develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Node.js, ensuring code quality and good development practices.
2. Review and technical support to the team to ensure that the developments of this team come out with the expected quality complying with the standards set by the core team.
3. Report and coordinate with the technical manager of the core team to define and agree on solutions.
4. Working along with agile squad, within a multi-squad ecosystem that is highly dependent on each other.
5. Collaborate closely with core, frontend, design, and product teams to ensure smooth and effective integration.
6. Monitor and improve the performance of applications in production, applying innovative solutions to ensure their stability and scalability.
7. Continuous learning within the team, promoting the exchange of knowledge and the development of technical skills and soft skills.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 8+ years of work experience in IT Industry and strong knowledge in implementing/designing solutions using s/w application technologies
3. Minimum 8+ years of Node.js and JavaScript development, experience with RESTful APIs, and both relational and NoSQL databases
4. Proven experience of 4 years or more developing with Node.js applications
5. Good knowledge in JavaScript (ES6+) and in the development of RESTful APIs
6. Knowledge in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database
7. Experience in the integration of cloud services (Azure). Azure and serverless environment.
8. Experience with TypeORM-like DB frameworks 
9. Good knowledge in JavaScript and in the development of RESTful APIs. 
10. Ability to write clean, scalable code.  
11. Knowledge of design patterns 
12. Ability to work in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). 
13. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
14. Experience with version control (Git) tools
 
Skills -
1. Project Management, Agile/Scrum
2. Node.js, JavaScript, RESTful, API and API integration
3. TypeORM-like database frameworks
4. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or equivalent skills 
5. Azure Cloud (Azure integration and serverless)
6. Developer and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Desirable:
1. Experience in front development with Angular 
2. Experience in the integration of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
3. Familiarity with technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
4. B2+ or C1 English, sufficient to be able to communicate orally with teams in English 
5. Any one of the Certification in PMI or Prince2 or CSM or PSM or SAFe is an added advantage
