We are currently seeking a Project Program Associate Director - ServiceNow, Dex to join our team in Bangalore/ Noida, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description:

• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, technical leads, architects, and project managers.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives for ServiceNow talent.
• Oversee end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
• Engaged in SN project opportunities
• Engage in external customer and internal infrastructure projects.  
• Gather business requirements from the customer to establish project estimates and to recommend a high-level solution.
• Establish a working relationship with cloud technical resources to identify key project objectives, needs and required tasks
• Vendor Management
• Develop project work plans and schedules - including Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, Documentation Plan, Quality Plan, Resource Staffing Plan, Stakeholder Engagement Plan and all subordinate work plans.
• Ensure all are aware of progress through project meetings, status reports and milestone reviews.
• Monitor the performance of all resources assigned to project. Take appropriate action to motivate and manage resources.
• Act as point-of-contact for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans and ensure consistent status reporting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Contribute to ServiceNow practice roadmap, offerings, and business development initiatives.
• Implement delivery governance, KPI tracking, quality audits, and process standardization.
• Manage resource allocation, utilization forecasts, cost optimization, and delivery profitability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell/up-sell, and enhanced ServiceNow adoption.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• PMP/PRINCE2 Certification.
• 10+ years of experience managing both small and complex, customer facing and technical projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience managing technical resources.
• Deep knowledge of project planning – work plan, risk and schedule development focus.
