We are currently seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM - Functional (Payroll & OTL) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• 8 - 10 years of Relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM  -- Payroll (UK & Hongkong) functional and OTL (UK & Hongkong) functional. 

• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows 

• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll) 

• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM  

• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies 

• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries 

• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution 

• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation 

• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
