Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Maintain Metadata and interfaces
- Build or modify Data Management rules to meet the changing business needs
- Review and update data mappings as needed.
- Manage end-to-end FCCS close process with Corporate Accounting
- Monitor scheduled processes and research any errors
- Maintain interfaces to/from external systems in Data Management and OIC
- Maintain dimensions (including hierarchies and attributes)
- Update Business Rules as needed
- Help create & maintain reports in Narrative Reporting
- Assists with the resolution of issues related to FCCS data interfaces, loads and data mappings into/from FCCS using Data Management
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems and deployed processes.
- Maintain ASO/BSO stand alone on-prem applications and processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with focus on large-scale, global technology environments and implementation experience with Financial Consolidation and Oracle FCCS
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Material experience with FCCS and administration activities, including in depth knowledge of out of the box rules and configurations.
- (3+ years) developing system integration solutions including DM - Data Management, OIC.
- Experience on REST API, EPM Automate.
- Deep understanding of Oracle cloud EPM platforms and experience with cloud-native architecture
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Consolidation, and Reporting
- Experience with other Cloud applications (EDMCS ,TRCS etc)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration capabilities
- Proficiency with ITIL and Agile frameworks and tools (e.g. JIRA ,ServiceNow and Confluence)
- Experienced working collaboratively with business partners and product teams to drive outcomes and solve complex technical challenges, across a complex, global matrixed organization setup
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and innovation skills to identify, develop, and make improvements to techniques, procedures, services, or products
- Working experience in SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages
- Ability to provide thought leadership around EPM Best practices and industry trends to drive optimization and improve end user experience
- Evaluate project constraints to identify risks/gaps to the proposed technical solution
- Experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in one or more Oracle EPM Cloud Products preferred
- Knowledge of Finance business processes and a clear understanding of finance best practices
- Deep understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM suite (FCCS, EDMCS, TRCS, etc.)
