Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing (Discrete/Process), Cost Management, and Inventory Management. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, support, integrations with MES/shop-floor systems, and driving seamless business process integration across Supply Chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
  • Configure and optimize Manufacturing, Inventory, and Cost Accounting processes.
  • Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems for work orders, material consumption, quality, and machine data.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Support costing, inventory valuation, month-end close, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Work effectively within onsite-offshore delivery models and lead small functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of SCM/ERP experience with significant Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
  • Strong functional expertise in:
    • Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Discrete/Process)
    • Cost Management & Cost Accounting
    • Inventory Management
  • Solid understanding of costing methods including Standard, Actual, FIFO, and Average Costing.
  • Experience with cost rollups, WIP accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
  • Minimum 1-2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Understanding of MES integration concepts and shop-floor process automation.
  • Exposure to Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, and PLM is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead functional workstreams.
  • Proven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
