Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion GL and FAH/AHCS, managing incidents and service requests in accordance with established SLAs.
• Support journal processing, allocations, revaluation, translation, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial period-close activities.
• Configure and maintain FAH components, including transaction sources, accounting methods, account rules, journal line rules, mapping sets, and supporting references.
• Troubleshoot issues involving transaction ingestion, Create Accounting, Transfer to General Ledger, Journal Import, posting, and accounting exceptions.
• Reconcile financial data across upstream source systems, FAH, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Perform root-cause analysis, assess downstream financial impact, and implement sustainable solutions for recurring production issues.
• Manage and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI and web services.
• Support automated data pipelines for extracting, transforming, validating, and loading financial data into Oracle Fusion.
• Monitor scheduled integrations and batch processes, troubleshoot failures, and implement error handling, alerts, controls, and automated reprocessing.
• Support system changes, testing, deployments, quarterly updates, audit requests, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Risk, and Audit teams to maintain strong financial controls and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain production-support documentation, operational procedures, issue records, and knowledge-management materials.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on functional and technical production-support experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger, FAH/AHCS, and Subledger Accounting.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials in a large-scale production environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting transformations, journal processing, reconciliations, and financial close.
• Working knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BICC, web services, and enterprise data integrations.
• Experience managing high-priority incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and delivering resolutions within SLA timelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of financial controls, data governance, audit requirements, and change-management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial systems within banking, capital markets, insurance, or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud quarterly update testing.
• Oracle Fusion Financials or related Oracle Cloud certification.
