App Dynamics / Data Dog / Splunk are the tools for prod support, main tasks are triaging issues, monitoring and dashboarding

Should know how to use SNOW, and triage incidents assigned in SNOW. I have added the role and responsibilities below

• observability specialists in implementing and managing a comprehensive observability platform.
• Use of AppDynamics, Splunk SignalFX, SiteScope, and ThousandEyes to monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and user experience.
• Develop and implement observability strategies to enhance system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for observability and performance monitoring.
