We are currently seeking a Program Manager - M & A Integration to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Program Manager - Lead

Role Summary

Consulting program management lead responsible for integrated delivery planning, RAID management, milestone tracking, and execution governance across active M&A integration programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the integrated master schedule across active integration programs and workstreams.

• Establish and maintain RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigations, owners, and escalation paths.

• Drive milestone accountability through coordination with workstream leads and validation of delivery status.

• Facilitate program status meetings, planning sessions, dependency reviews, and risk-management workshops.

• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, milestone reports, and action trackers.

• Identify schedule risks, critical-path impacts, resource constraints, and dependency conflicts.

• Recommend recovery plans, sequencing adjustments, and governance interventions.

• Support client-facing PMO activities with a focus on transparency, delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain program documentation, decision logs, governance records, and audit-ready artifacts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within consulting or enterprise transformation environments.

• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology or M&A integration programs.

• Strong expertise in RAID management, integrated planning, dependency management, and executive reporting.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, or equivalent project management tools.

• Ability to synthesize complex delivery information into concise executive-level updates.

• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Experience in healthcare and/or other regulated industries preferred.
