We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
**Position Summary:**
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud projects. This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of Salesforce, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting business needs and enhancing operational performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Project Planning and Management:**
Lead the planning, execution, and closing of Salesforce Sales Cloud projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage project resources.
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to ensure alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
**Team Leadership:**
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
Provide direction and support to project team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
**Risk and Issue Management:**
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary.
**Quality Assurance:**
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.
**Documentation and Reporting:**
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with internal project management methodologies and standards.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud projects.
**Certifications:** Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Reporting.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
**Project Management Skills:**
Excellent project planning, execution, and closing skills.
Strong risk and issue management abilities.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
**Soft Skills:**
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
