Job Summary:


  • Leads team(s) responsible for facilitating the management of internal operations and activities to support the MIWS organization in successfully achieving financial and operational goals and objectives.
  • Improves the operational systems and processes in support of company and practice missions.
  • Leads activities for better management reporting, information flow, cost management, forecasting, business process and organizational planning.
  • Performs in a liaison role between leadership across their leader’s organizations and programs.



Job Duties:


  • Applies influence and negotiation skills to drive business results.
  • Advises on how to simplify and/or improve processes that improve financial or employee performance.
  • Provides direction and support on operations, administration, and results for MIWS Practice and assigned programs.
  • Increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Costing/Pricing, Product Mgt and Finance), through the coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Supports financial processes including rate cards, P&L and our cost recovery strategies/pricing.
  • Liaises with Product Mgt, Practices, Finance and our unit for automation effectiveness and value creation.
  • Manages and coordinates overall communications  
  • Manages incentive performance objectives and attainment level for leaders across the unit.
  • Leads Employee Recognition and DEI initiatives.
  • Plans and executes quarterly all-hands video conference.
  • Plans agenda and manages bi-weekly leader call.
  • Develops and executes monthly/quarterly operational performance reporting and analysis.
  • Develops and leads or supports assigned projects and programs, such as, Emerging Talent, DEI, Talent Roadmap etc.

Required Experience or Education:


  • 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Includes 5+ years managerial/ leadership experience.
  • Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
